Accuracy: If a counted qty is off by more than 8% vs a re-measure you show us, that trade is redone free.
After the first job: Optional retainer: $349/mo for 8 takeoffs (extra jobs $49). Cancel anytime after month 2.

Who should request a takeoff?

US specialty contractors who already bid drywall, paint, flooring, roofing, or insulation and want finished counts — not a new software workflow.

What exactly do I receive?

An Excel/CSV quantity sheet and a PDF of the plans with the counted areas marked. That is the whole product for $199.

When do I pay?

After you open the deliverable. If the file is wrong on a counted qty by more than 8% vs your re-measure, we redo that trade free.

Is this Leadomator?
